I started this post to share my thoughts on how to address current events in the work setting…
How to bring them up, shut them out, incorporate them into recovery work…
And how to know which path to take.
I decided to host a discussion instead.
I don’t have all the answers, but I’ll share what I have and what I’m doing. I hope others will share, too. Most of all it will be a safe place to acknowledge this is hard.
There’s no charge, and no RSVP needed. I’ll be there, and you’re welcome to join if you’re available.
This Wednesday, 10/25 at 3pm Central Time, online:
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83143588197
Meeting ID: 831 4358 8197
Passcode: 726812
Let’s share strategies and support each other.
I hope to see you there.
Jessica

Reminder: Eating Disorders Boot Camp is available for instant download any time. Recent comment from a colleague: “Just wanted to say Thank you again for ED bootcamp! I am almost done with it (I have to email Celena for my 1:1 session soon) and I’m so impressed with bootcamp and how much calmer I will feel when I encounter an ED patient.”
In need of more specific help? Losing sleep or ready to quit? I’m available most workdays by zoom or phone. Specialties are CEDS supervision and super-stressful, challenging situations. Day one RDNs to Supervisors. Click here for rates or email me at [email protected] and let’s schedule ASAP.
